Hello, I’m Vincent. I am a Licensed Psychoanalyst/Psychotherapist (LP) with a private practice in Manhattan, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions. I have years of clinical experience specializing in Trauma, Relationship Issues, as well as individuals with ADD/ADHD and individuals with Asperger's Syndrome. In addition to having a master's degree in Art Therapy from Pratt Institute, I have postgraduate training in Psychodynamic-Psychoanalytical Therapy, working with children and teens. Dance/Movement Therapy, and Drs. John and Julie Gottman Method. I have years of experience utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I have experience working with LGBTQ+ couples and individuals, blended families, those processing the loss of a loved one, and those who have experienced trauma. Additionally, I have a passion for working with individuals who have felt misunderstood and those experiencing low self-esteem. I work with couples, families and individuals. Other commonly discussed topics include work stress, life transitions, anxiety and panic attacks, depression, and navigating non-traditional relationships.
I believe therapy should be a space where you can be completely yourself without fear of judgment. I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR) with over 10 years of clinical experience and have been in private practice for the past seven years. I earned my Master's degree in Art Therapy from New York University and previously worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in inpatient psychiatry at Mount Sinai Hospital. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and person-centered, incorporating CBT, DBT, art therapy, and additional training in Jungian and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches. Together, we'll build practical skills, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change
I have worked within the mental health field as a school psychologist and a licensed mental health professional for almost 30 years. my experience includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, children and adolescents, parenting skills, self-esteem, empowerment, life transitions, and divorce.
