You've been carrying something heavy — maybe for years. The kind of weight that doesn't show on the outside but makes everything feel harder: getting through a workday, trusting people, feeling safe in your own body. Whether you're navigating trauma, PTSD, OCD, depression, or anxiety — or healing from experiences of sexual or physical abuse — you don't have to keep managing this alone. I work with adults across New York, including women, Black and multicultural clients, and LGBTQ+ individuals who are done shrinking and ready for something to actually shift.
I have been Board certified Advanced Practice Nurse for 6 years. I have about 1 year experiencing specializing in generalized anxiety, major depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. I have 4 years of experience as a telemedicine provider. I became a PMHNP because I take pride in helping other achieve a sense of joy in finding peace in their reality and creating healthy coping strategies.
For more than 20 years, I have had the privilege of working with children, individuals, and families across a variety of settings. My professional experience spans social services, education, and private therapy, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the many challenges people face throughout different stages of life. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, parenting concerns, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday stress, I strive to provide practical tools and personalized support that empower you to move forward with confidence.
