Hi, I’m Aaron, and I specialize in working with adults who feel stuck. That might show up as anxiety that won't quiet down, burnout from work and life in general, difficulty finding motivation, or a sense that life should feel more meaningful than it currently does. Many of my clients are high functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward internally when they first start working with me. Others are navigating relationship stress, major life transitions, or grief, and want support making sense of what comes next. I focus on helping people like you turn insight into real life progress.
Hello my name is Tam and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing, stability, and personal growth. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
My clinical approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, explore patterns that may be holding them back, and develop practical tools for coping and change. I strive to create a safe, respectful space where clients feel comfortable being open and authentic.
I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and complex social stressors. My background in social work allows me to view each person holistically, considering emotional, psychological, social, and environmental factors that impact well-being.
Above all, I believe in meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them at their own pace. My goal is to empower clients to build insight, resilience, and confidence as they work toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating a difficult season of life, you don't have to do it alone. As a fully bilingual therapist (English and Spanish), I provide a warm, culturally fluent space where you can show up as your authentic self and express your story effortlessly.
My own journey began in the Dominican Republic and grew up in the Bronx, NY. Navigating two distinct worlds shaped my deep appreciation for culture, identity, and personal history. With over 10 years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping adults and young adults, especially those from multicultural backgrounds, navigate life transitions, stress, emotional overwhelm, and trauma.
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. Together, we will work as a team to help you heal from the past, step into your strength, and build a balanced life that feels truly good to live.
Hi, I'm Emily! I love helping my clients identify their needs and goals, make changes in their lives, and feel like themselves again. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in PA and I've been practicing in the field for five years now. In my full time role, I serve college students in a campus counseling center and I have experience supporting teens and adults of all ages.
I am a native of Chile, having lived in the USA for almost 30 years. I obtained my Masters in Counseling Psychology at Temple University in 2007 and I am bicultural and bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. I have advanced training in Systemic Trauma Therapy at the IFIV institute in Spain, and I have completed Level 2 Internal Family Systems (IFS) as well as having been a Program Assistant a few times in trainings by the IFS Institute. IFS is a non-pathologizing, evident based, effective, and the most respectful and compassionate approach I have come across in all these almost 20 years of clinical practice; "All parts are welcome", is IFS's motto. All of you is welcome.
I believe that humans should ideally be unfolding and growing throughout their lifetime. This means embracing change, especially when life gets difficult and we feel stuck, dissatisfied, or overwhelmed. Change is a journey with ups and downs. Personally, I believe we all struggle with challenges at different times in our life and it's the courageous who seek help.
